I use balm and tincture from It Is Good CBD. I try it on everything: from sunburns and mosquito bites, to chronic back and knee pain. With my back and knee pain, the balm practically eliminates the pain in about 15 minutes! It's amazing! I started putting it on my hands because of sore joints due to repetitive stress. Not only does it relieve the pain, but it smoothed the wrinkles and removed/shrank the age spots. What an unexpected surprise! Also, Shaun said that one of the terpenes might help with pneumonia. At Thanksgiving I caught a cold from my Father-in-law. I've used several different CBD products from many manufacturers over the years but their balm is the best I've used.
